Actually it does not really matter if a 26 inch LCD is full HD or HD
Ready! The difference in picture quality in Full HD (1080p) can be
noticed only if the screen size is atleast 40 inch or more. At 26 inch
LCD, there is hardly any noticeable difference. A Full HD 26 inch will
NOT give you extra ordinary result. Better to go with 26 inch HD Ready
(720p) LCD at a cheaper prize & enjoy the moment!

Free National Roaming by October 2013 : Kapil Sibal

Telecom minister Kapil Sibal today (4th March, 2013) at Chandigarh
said that, Mobile Phone users will get Free National Roaming Service
across India by October 2013.

Kapil Sibal could not specify any date for the launch of Free
National Roaming Service in India but said that it will be a reality
by October 2013. Once implemented, Mobile Phone users will be able to
get FREE Incoming Calls across India and will able to make Outgoing
Calls at local rates.

However, all service providers except Reliance Mobile has been
opposing the Free Roaming Service as it will hit their margins badly
and outgoing call rates may be increased.
